As you gear up for one of the most worshiped online holidays, make sure you have crossed your T's and dotted your I's with this check list. Even though good SEO doesn't happen over night, there are a few things you can be doing today to make increase the chance of success.

"First, your website needs to be established and aged. Next, it already needs to be well optimized. These are two important factors that determine search engine trust. "

Here are a few tips we learned from Brick Marketing in how to prepare you site for the best Cyber Monday success!

Schedule Your Social Media Message Work on crafting many variations of the social media messages that you want to send on Cyber Monday. Be sure to create posts for different products and make sure that they are optimized and include keywords. Hit your target audience at different times of the day. Some people may shop first thing in the morning, others on their lunch break, and others while the work day is winding down or while they are home at night. Schedule these posts ahead of time using a social media platform so that it’s one less thing to worry about on that day.

Optimize Pages for Long Tail Keywords If your website is trusted by the search engines, new content is indexed and can rank quickly. Utilize long tail keywords that are less competitive to attract a niche audience that is looking for exactly what it is that you offer.

Tweak the Tags Make changes to the Header, Title, and Image tags using keywords that will attract the Cyber Monday crowd. Even just a few small changes on your big seller product pages can result in additional traffic.
